Library Things:
We have a new director!
Our new director is Laura Martin, a transplant from the New York City Public Library System and a former children's librarian, among her many accomplishments. Please say hello during your next visit.
Technical Things:
We have had some issues with our e-mail. If this e-mail is NOT something you have requested, please let us know and we will immediately take you off of the. The staff at the library apologizes in advance for any problems this may have caused.

Act Up!:
Beginning This Thursday!

The Lansdowne Public Library has once again teamed up with Celebration Theater to offer a ten week theater workshop!
Playwright and professional actor Jerrell Henderson is leading a class in theater basics and Improv.
The classes are fee but registration is limited to 12 participants. Ages 8 and up
Afternoon Movie Matinee:
Join us this Friday for 'Where the Wild Things Are.'
This live action movie is based on the picture book by Maurice Sendak.
The movie begins at 4P. Rated PG, run time 80 minutes.
Are you a Wimpy Kid?:
Join us for a 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid Party' Saturday, March 13th from 12:30 to 2!
Activities, crafts, trivia and snacks
Can Wii talk?
Join us for a game day.
Video games, board games!
Bring your own or play one of ours!
Ages 8 and up
Cherry Blossom Festival Story Time:
The Lansdowne Public Library is a proud participant in the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival of Greater Philadelphia!
Join us for Japanese themed storytimes and crafts.
