New Year's Things at the Lansdowne Public Library!

Happy Holidays Library Friends!




Hopefully this message will find you well and yes, the title of this post DOES in fact read NEW YEARS! Even while typing I cannot believe that this year is almost over! I've had such a great year seeing babies begin to walk, hearing toddlers begin to talk. Introducing new reads and titles to eager bibliophiles, the awesome guests that we've had and it of course, my favorite part of the job: YOU ALL!

NEW!!!
Preschool Playschool!
Join us Mondays beginning in January for our NEW Preschool Playschool!
Kicking off the Monday groups are our Family Place Parent Child Workshops.
Meet experts in the fields of literacy, nutrition, sign language and music.
We are pleased to offer a variety of preschool programs for children ages 3-5.
Younger siblings are welcome!
Preschool Playschool is designed to be a playgroup and more! Join us as we explore a variety of themes, a playtime and storytime all in one!

Ready, Set, Write!
Wednesdays in January at 4PM
Join us for a creative writing program! Each week we will work on a variety of themes to create the ultimate book.
Ages 8 and up



Piggy Bank Tales
Wednesdays in February at 4PM
Join us for financial workshops for kids!
Make your own piggy bank, learn about saving money and earn prizes!
Ages 8 and up

Wee Reads Special Guest!
Join us for a Special Wee Reads with guest Senator Anthony Hardy Williams!
Thursday, January 20th beginning at 10:30AM, Senator Williams will be on hand to share some winter tales!
